“Life is fragile”

I was watching the documentary -5 broken cameras. When Emad Burnat states that Life is fragile. At that time I didn’t fully percieve what he meant, I remembred martyrs and war and hatred. But it turns out thati had not an inkling of what that could mean.

The fragility lies within the simplist act of pursuing life and happiness, one day you’re something and the other you’re wholly new thing. This overwhelming capacity for change is imposed on the life of Palestinians. Also, the ability for accomodation grew so rapidly in a way that we consider horrendous things as usual.

She made sure that the list stays in her purse, she liked being organized and earnest when running her errands. Also she liked to be on time, she had awaken her husband Fareed 5 minutes ago and he’s still snoring in bed. It was getting on her nerves and unfortunately she had a short-fuse temper. She waited in the car and horned for him to gethis lazy ass downstairs. They will be late and the checkpoint will close, and no entry allowed to the majestic Nablus.

Finally,Fareed woke up sweeping sleep from his face. He hated going to Nablus, he hated the traffic, the bustle, the smell and he had a very expensive car which he adored, which means he won’t let it be scratched. While he rushingly made his instant coffee, he hear the door slam. She entered humpingly and layed down on the couch.

We’re not going-she said

A guy was killed on the checkpoint, they could not enter.

Just another number to the list of the dis-remembered.

Damn it!
